When will my order be processed?

We process most orders within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you for further instructions.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

We will wrap almost every toys and books purchased at a minimal fee of RM3 per package. To take advantage of our gift wrap service, all you have to do is select the “Gift Wrap” option, for those toys and books for which gift wrap is available, when adding an item to your shopping cart. You can also choose to add a personalized gift message to your present by simply filling in the message in the ‘Special Request’ message box during the checkout process. Give your present the magical touch today!

How do I pay?

  1. Credit Card Payment (all payments will be converted to Singapore Dollars).

    Please select 'Credit Card' as your preferred method of payment during the checkout process. You will be automatically routed to the PayPal secure server for payment. PayPal accepts Master and Visa cards. You will be billed in Singapore Dollars only. All conversions from Ringgit Malaysia to Singapore Dollars are calculated using the prevailing exchange rate which will be changed on a regular basis. MyToysAndBooks.com reserves the right to change this rate without prior notice.

    Shipping will take place within 2 to 3 working days for payment using credit card, making allowance for fraud review for security purpose.

  2. Direct bank deposit / bank in

    Please select 'Direct Bank Deposit' as your preferred method of payment during the checkout process. Total amount payable and our bank account details will be provided during the checkout process. It will also be given in our confirmation email which will be sent to you once you have ordered.

All orders will be delivered to your address via recorded delivery services which include but not limited to expedited mail service (POS Laju), courier service or door-to-door delivery. The delivery charges are as follow:

Can I cancel my order?

All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be cancelled or altered. You may however arrange for an exchange or store credits after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from MyToysAndBooks.com but if for any reason you are unhappy with an item, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Please e-mail us at info@mytoysandbooks.com to notify us of the return and the reason for the return.

All items will have to be returned at your own cost and risk. Customers will have to bear the shipping charges incurred when returning the goods.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation. Please note that no right of cancellation exists where the item you wish to return is audio, video or computer software products that have been removed from the sealed package in which they were delivered.

We recommend items for return/exchange are sent to us via recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange or return. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit and please insure them if possible. We reserve the right not to accept the return.

Refunds will be made within seven (7) business days of our receiving and accepting your returns. Refunds will be made through the issuance of store credits to your account with MyToysAndBooks.com. If you are returning a gift, purchased for you by someone else, we will issue the refund to the gift giver in the form of store credits. Please do let us know the rightful person to credit.

For the delivery of replacement goods (in the case of an exchange), the customer will have to bear the costs of delivery. Also, for replacement items of lower value, the excess amount (after deducting the postage costs) will be refunded. For replacement items of higher value, customers will have to make good the difference before we deliver the goods.

Important: We do not accept returns or exchange on items purchased during sale or items purchased for resale.
